PrimeCare Systems, Inc. has released its latest version of PrimeCare Patient Mangement Systems - PCareV9Client. PCareV9Client is significantly different from previous versions. PCareV9Client utilizes the newest technologies and is more user friendly.

The PrimeCare Patient Management System ("PrimeCare") is a unique, user-friendly patient, physician and staff interactive software system that creates an electronic patient record as the patient encounter progresses. The PrimeCare System collects and acquires medical information and data directly from the patient, physician, and / or staff, and analyzes that data in real time while creating a report and displaying the information on screen, as well as, building an extensive medical database for use preparing routine reports, conducting various analysis, supporting disease management programs that will be implemented and extensive outcomes research and analysis. All data is encrypted for transmission and electronically stored. It can be viewed, or printed, at any time, by authorized individuals using secure ID and passwords. This enables any authorized health care giver within the medical system to whom a patient is referred to access the patient's medical record.

The PrimeCare System organizes and stores the encrypted patient record which contains:

• patient demographics; i.e. personal data, occupation, health insurance information (if available);
• the patient's past medical, social and family history;
• past medical problems;
• medications prescribed:
• allergies;
• prior hospital (office) visits;
• tests;
• immunizations;
• procedures and operations; and
• medical consultant referrals.
